1 F4-DCB series hydraulic power unit technical parameters
1)Function introduction
This product introduces the European and American advanced hydraulic control technology, in order to adapt to the valve electro-hydraulic linkage control and development of small hydraulic power unit; The pump, motor and hydraulic control components in the unit are allimported or joint-venture quality products, and the performance index reaches the international advanced level. The single-acting power unit F4-DCB is opened or closed by the oil pressure and the other stroke is reset by the mechanical spring. Intelligent regulating type (TJ) valve opening degree can bearbitrarily adjusted according to 4 ~ 20mA control signal.
All the above power units can realize explosion-proof design

3Working principle of F4-DCB hydraulic power unit
On-off valve switch control signal comes from integrated circuit electric control cabinet(DCS communication interface)
1) Valve opening: the power unit F4-DCB gets the valve opening signal, the solenoid valve receives electricity to cut off the bypass oil line, and the motor starts to drive the hydraulic pump to provide power oil to the "valve opening" oil port of the actuatoruntil the actuator is fully opened; At this point, the upper limit switch ofthe actuator sends a signal to cut off the motor power and sends a "valve open" signal to feed back to the integrated control cabinet. (note: after the valve is opened, the solenoid valve needs to remain in the electric stateto keep the valve open all the time.
2) Valve closing: the power unit F4-DCB gets the valve closing signal and cuts off the electric signal of the solenoid valve. At this time, the solenoid valve opens the bypass oil road and the actuator closes under the action of spring force; At this point, the upper limit switch of the actuator sends a "valve close" signal feedback to the integrated control cabinet.
3) Intelligent valve regulation and control: in the condition requiring valve opening degree adjustment, the actuator is equipped with a signal generator of mold instrument and an integrated circuit board. Under the control signal of 4 ~20mA, the actuator's travel position of 0° ~ 90° can be adjusted.
F4-DCB series electro-hydraulic actuators have automatic pressure retaining system, and its power unit has automatic pressure retaining function.
4) Three-break state valve position: when the hydraulic unit is in the process of running "three-break" situation (power failure, signal failure, pressure failure), then the actuator is closed (or open) valve.
5) Valve jam alarm: when the actuator gets the open/close valve signal, and the valve be comes stuck and can not be fully opened/closed, the electric machine of the hydraulic unit will be cut off by the time relay of preset time in the electric control cabinet and the valve jam alarm will be issued at the same time.
6)Emergency on-site operation:the actuator is equipped with emergency operation interface. In the case of "three-break", the valve actuator can open or close the valve through portable emergency hand pump.

Remark:
1,This power unit is S2 working system.
2,Before installation, hydraulic components such as oil cylinder, oilpipe and joint must be clean and free from any impurities.
3,Hydraulic oil viscosity should be 15~68CST, should be clean without impurities, recommended to use R32# hydraulic oil.
4,This hydraulic power unit is suitable for horizontal or verticalin stallation. Other special installation methods need special customization.
5,After the first start up of the operating system, the fuel tank should be checked immediately to see if the amount of oil is sufficient.
6,After the first 100 hours of use of the system, the hydraulic oil should be replaced. After that, the hydraulic oil should be replaced every 3000 hours.
